Miss T and I recently took a road trip down to SoCal. There’re basically two ways to drive between Northern and Southern California—the coast route (US 101) and the inland route (I-5). The coast route is more interesting and passes through a lot of different towns and scenery; it’s also a little over an hour longer than the inland route which features a pretty much 300-mile straight shot through townless, monotonous farmland.

We took an exit off the Interstate for a 10-minute break.
