Eat DHARMA Iniatiative Oats.

There seems to be a preponderance of unhealthy foods in the DHARMA Initiative line of products: ranch dressing; candy bars; chili; macaroni and cheese; 3-ring binders; etc. But, do not take this as a sign that the Hanso Foundation is not interested in healthy lifestyles—far from it. The DHARMA Initiative wants you to live a long, long time (if only Richard Alpert would let us in on his secrets of longevity!).

To balance out all the fat and sodium from DI Deviled Ham Spread, Potato Crisps, and Vienna Sausages, make sure you start the day with a nice hot bowl of DHARMA Initiative Oats:

Oats are a good source of both soluble and insoluble fiber, vitamin E, protein, and a variety of nutrients. The medical benefits of eating oats may not be quite as remarkable as the healing properties of the island, but a little extra protection never hurts, right?
