Okay, it’s a little late, but here’s a DIY DHARMA Initiative 2-liter cola label: DHARMA Initiative Cola (2L) It’s similar to the Insanely Great Tees cola label that they had to pull down months ago. (I guess that’s why I never bothered to produce one before—that, and I don’t get soda in 2-liter bottles.) An […]

…from the BART station. A shot from yesterday—it was 90°+ up the stairs on the Amtrak platform and a shady 80° down in the BART station. One of those rare occasions when you actually want to be in a BART station.

Milano rafters…

…venting super-caffeineted hot air. That’s actually an inept (i.e. crap) caption, but it’s too dang hot to think of anything better. The café, Café Milano, is actually full of… looks like students primarily… but overall I find the rafters more interesting. Guess that’s another function of being an old guy in a college town. ¡Otros […]

Necessities…

…are available at the Davis Amtrak station. There’s food. There’s drink. There’s restrooms. That’s pretty much all bases covered, right? The kleenex is appreciated during cold and allergy season (which is now—the allergy part, at least). And, the fire extinguisher is no doubt required by law. On the communications side there’s a TV in the […]
